Blueberry and Koko Samoa Tart using Samoan Cocoa, Mini Panikeke/Keke Isite which are Mini PaniKeke in Samoan or Keke Isite in Tonga made without wheat or gluten free flour. Traditionally all the desserts are made with normal wheat flour but 'Ana has taken this challenge of re-creating these desserts so they cover Food Allergies, Most Dietaries and are lower in Sugar without Compromising the taste.
